We have reviewed current Victoria Stage 4 restrictions
and it is our understanding that we are permitted, as an online retailer, to continue to trade, and by extension our warehouse supporting us as an online retailer.
We have spoken to our logistics and carrier partners who have confirmed
that they are operating business as usual, and will continue to deliver
orders to customers during these times. We have also confirmed that they
will be complying with COVID safe requirements for contactless deliveries,
including the wearing of masks, appropriate social distancing and not
entering premises. There may be delays during this time and our teams will
be doing our best to get all orders dispatched on time, we’ll maintain regular order shipments as best we can, and we appreciate your patience.
